Meals In The Daily Life Of A Paleo Eater


The information below provides you with meal suggestion that go along with the Paleo diet. It may be difficult in the first few weeks to follow this strict diet, but it does get easier!  We have done the hard work for you by giving you simple meal suggestions.

Breakfast:

For breakfast you can make yourself a tasty omelet. Your omelet can include anything you like! For example you can make one that has capsicum, eggs, coriander, mushrooms, tomatoes topped with smoked salmon. Yum!!!
This is such a quick and easy recipe that you can make in the mornings when you are on the run!




Lunch:



For lunch you can make yourself a delicious salad. Again you can choose what type of ingredients you want in there. Suggestion of ingredients in a salad: Broccoli, walnuts, cos lettuce, tomato, capsicum, beetroot, spinach and corn, dressed with lemon and olive oil. You can also add any lean protein such as chicken or turkey.



Dinner:




For dinner you can grill a chicken with a side of lightly seasoned vegetables  (carrot, broccoli, peas, zucchini  and beetroots).
You can also eat frozen berries such as raspberries and blueberries as a refreshing snack after dinner!
